    This was a complete pain to get started with if you already have old Rosetta Stone installed products. The whole web based startup/setup needs some guidance added. I gave up and chatted with support team to get this going. The core product has some transitions which leave you hanging trying to figure out what they want you to do. I think the flow could use some help. Overall, after going over all the "speed bumps" i am satisfied with the product. i try to put some time in every day.
