I love the conversational book and dictionary that came with the program and although the beginning stages of the Spanish are very simple it is perfect for the beginner and there’s plenty of room for growth with expanding your language. I highly recommend it.

The product itself is great and I have been enjoying using it. However, when I first opened the product and tried to redeem the code, it said it could not be found. When I contacted Rosetta Stone support, they said the code was expired as the box likely sat on the shelf too long. Luckily they were able to reactivate it for me.

I purchased Rosetta Stone this past weekend. The box does not have a CD. When you try to download it, It asks for you ,to provide a link. When you email customer service there is no response. I then called and provided the activation code. They told me, I could not use the activation code to activate the product that I needed to have proof of the purchase from Best Buy.

Learning a language had been difficult finally tried Rosetta and I can see the difference in learning much better.

Its a good program for learning a new language. Its very easy to use. Just a minor voice recognition issues when you say the wrong exactly as you should be doesnt pick up on it. Otherwise it a great way to learn spanish

This program is actually really good. I’m surprised that how simple it is and then a week or so later I’m actually remember words and phrases. Got it at a great price over the holidays too.

Purchased this for my daughter for her sophomore year. She is taking beginner Spanish. The software is interactive and so easy to use. I think I will learn along with my daughter.

The tutorial was easy to setup and complete and simple instructions given to begin the lessons. The audio is excellent lending an opportunity to review lessons as much as you like.

Rosetta Stone is awesome and has great accessibility. I can download the app and practice wherever when I have some downtime. One thing to keep in mind — the codes deactivate themselves after a certain time. This was the case with the one I bought from the store. But have no fear, a quick chat into Rosetta’s support will reactivate it and allow you to download.

I'm enjoying learning Spanish. Especially in Phoenix which has a very very huge Spanish population

I use the app and am starting to make it part of my routine. The customer service were helpful getting it set up and I love that it came with a grammar booklet and dictionary.

Heard this was a good learning software. Some day if customer service ever gets my purchase activated I will know. Customer service sent an email prior to receiving item that if I had problems contact them. Why not just tell me It's Not Activated, Contact Us When You Get It. Oh yeah, I replied to your email a few days after I received order. Going on a week later and multiple requests please notify me when activated and I have heard NOTHING. Need to clean up your policy statements too, spent well over 1500 dollars last year and contrary to to policy, you are not honoring Elite status this year. Oh yeah, your stated hours of contacting customer service is not accurate and contacting via email is not readily available on website and app either. Keep painting that pretty picture. Thanks.

I just purchased this software a couple hours ago and my code has already been activated which is crazy. I don't know how it's possible but can somebody activate your code through possibly the serial number? I mean it is at the bottom of the box. I email them see if I hear back with all the reviews, I have read seems to be slim to none going to see if I can return and activate in store maybe I get scammed again at least I won't have to make another trip and get my money back right away!
