Although it was an expensive purchase, I like that it will always be up to date with online access. You also have all 5 levels available to you for one year and you are able to work at your own pace whenever you can find time. I also like the fact that it is accessible to all compatible devices so you can practice on the go. However, I do not like the fact that the online tutor sessions are limited in number and if you don't use the feature, you lose the feature after a few months after purchase. For the price, you should have access to tutoring sessions for at least once or twice a month for the whole twelve months you have purchased. You have the option to pay for more tutoring, but that is not mentioned anywhere on the box or in the quick start guide. Overall though, I feel you get more for your money with Rosetta Stone than other language software offered.

My daughter requested this as her Christmas gift. To our surprise the code didn't work. After standing in line for 30 minutes, I returned the product and explained the situation. The Associate checked with a Manager who said there were problems with the Spanish version but this should be fine. After my hour trip, my daughter tried again and it still doesn't work. Don't waste your time or money!

Best language training learning tool there is. Ability to pick from many languages after choosing from 24 different languages you have 1 year to complete the language you've chosen. Very easy to use. Best technical support provided by Rosetta Stone.

Can easily read free tutorials online of all the languages offered, I bought it for Tagalog and its total junk, returned it.

To be honest I purchased the product from you. However , the product won't work because they say it has expired. I'm trying to remedy that now.

Rosetta Stone Totale Online (1-year Subscription) would not allow me to activate my subscription unless I had an account. I could not create an account until I activated my subscription. CATCH 22. Rosetta On Line CHAT was absolutely useless. I took this back to BestBuy for a refund. BestBuy said that Rosetta has a "NO RETURN" policy and I would not be refunded. BUT, for an extra $120 their GEEK SQUAD "Might" or "Possibly" be able to install the program on my computer. No guarantee. $320 to "Possibly" have this service available ($200 Subscription, $120 Service Fee with no guarantee), I don't think so. If somebody wants to go dumpster diving in the BestBuy dumpster in Twin Falls, Idaho, you might find the box, Claim Code card and headphone/speaker hard ware. Good Luck!
