Lessons are slow moving at first, but it works. Far more fun as you get into later lessons.

Wonderful course but the product comes with earphones that don't work! The course listens to pronunciation and you get a retry - pass/fail. Half the time the attached microphone doesn't pick up my voice! Very frustrating!!

so far I have not gotten the program to work, I was on hold for Rosetta Stone tech support for over 45 minutes before I gave up for the night

I purchased this program so that my fiance would be able to learn her Spanish in a easy fashion. The programs chapters are great! Each section that you go through, allows you to truly learn your Spanish. They are simple fast and also made to challenge you. The separate ride along audio that you can either put on your mp3/iPods or burn on a CD help for when you are on the go.....those long car rides are a great way to continue practicing and learning while you're not in front of a computer screen. What helped a lot with the purchase of this Rosetta Software was that my fiance was able to further develop her Spanish by using it with her Spanish 101 and 102 College classes. Yes the material was a little different, but it really helped her understand what they usually don't teach in the classroom. I couldn't be any happier, this was a great buy for someone who doesn't know any bit of spanish.

I have several years of Spanish classes through high school and college but never became fluent in speaking. I got this for our whole family to learn with and it has been very easy so far. I started at disk one to brush up on the basics and learn how it works and it is very user friendly.
