So simple and easy to understand and use. nothing i say about this software is not enough. if your having speaking english then this is the 1st step for you.

It works, but only with your effort

I bought this to my husband (who does not speak any English). He is improving, but is also taking classes at a ESL program. I think Rosetta will be even more helpful once his knowledge is past basics.

Nah, I bought this as a gift for my mom who lives in Venezuela. She's pretty happy with it. I bought the Portuguese course and I know a few phrases now. I guess if I ever go to Brazil I'd be able to communicate that I see someone swimming or reading.

It's time consuming and there are a lot of lessons but I've been told if you put in at least an hour a day you should be able to be fluent in approximately 6 months.

They're both really enjoying the tools available and ease of navigating through the different levels. I would strongly recommend to someone learning a new language.
