    I have used previously Rosetta Stone method to learn English. And I love it. It really takes you in a natural way to learn in the way you learn your mother language.

    Bought this specific one for my wife because she wanted to learn German, since I am a native speaker. She loves, absolutely loves Rosetta Stone and working with it. I'll surely buy the Spanish version soon.

    If you want to learn quickly and get it right the first time around, Rosetta Stone is the only choice . It's amazing how much you retain in a short period of time

    Husband is using his retirement time to expand his knowledge by learning a new language. He bought a couple of books from BAM as references but loves the Rosetta Stone.

    Not what I was hoping for. There was no explanation of what each individual word means. Yu are shown a picture and match the corresponding words to the picture. There is no explination to why each word has a predefined gender or is neutral. Also, no explination as to why some words begin with a cap in all cases. All in all, these are expensive flash cards with little instruction. Pimsleur has helped me MUCH more with conversational German.
