Best buy is the worst buy

If I could give them a lower score, i would. I ordered an item from worst buy on line. A delivery between November 23 and December 3rd was given. When it wasn't delivered, I tried to contact best buy. After trying multiple ways to get assistance, i finally talked to a representative who told me my order was thru another party. I ordefed thru best buy. Best buy took my money. But they say they aren't responsible? The name of tbe company they provide doesn't exist on line for me to contact them. Best buy stole my money as what i ordered still hasn't been delivered. Even if they allow other companies to sell under their name, they took my money and are responsible. Don't purchase anything from best buy. They don't fulfill orders even though they take your money.

This was gift that my autistic son has enjoyed drawing, lighting up his drawings to show off. He changes drawing daily.
