We have only used the iron once and it does get hot. My disappointment with Best Buy is that this iron must have been a demo or returned from someone else. It was very dirty and when wiped with a rag, black dust came off. Also the box had a big rip in it. The least they could have done was sell it with a discount. This is one of the problems with buying online. No store had this iron in stock.

First iron I have ever spent over $20 for and the old saying you get what you pay for holds true. Great iron! This iron makes it so much faster to iron shirts. Plenty of steam !

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the "Steam Open" lever may not be open all of the way if you don't pay attention when you are switching it on. Otherwise, the product is great. Lots of steam (when the switch is all the way open) the pointy tip is handy. The product seems of a quality build.

No problems. Second Rowenta. Only thing it doesn’t come with the water dispenser thingy luckily I already had one.

Rowenta makes great irons. This iron holds a lot of water and it is very easy to pour the water into the iron and to pour the water back out of the iron. The iron heats up quickly and irons well. I love it!

This is my first Rowenta iron, and I am very happy with the quality after a few tries. It has high functionality too. I hope it will last much longer than other irons I used before.

Iron gets hot and has plenty of steam...Priced well!

As our last iton died on us, we needed a replacement which was built to last. From all indications so far, we have made a correct choice for a new iron.

I don't iron very many garments anymore but when I need to, this iron does the job.

I replaced my black and decker old fashioned iron with this Rowenta. Works great. Must have.

For the price of this iron, it work really well. It gets the job done.
