Excellent leather powered recliner theater seats. The fulfillment tracking and time to deliver are awful, but once the seats arrived 55 days after ordering, they were well packaged.

My mind was at ease through shipping delays because Todd from Row One contacted me directly and efficiently through the process to give me updates. I just set them up today and I couldnt be more happy! They’re super comfortable and look gorgeous! Row One is the real deal!

I had to wait 2.5 months before ingot the chairs. I guess there was an error in the system. Once RowOne saw my order, they contacted me and i had the chairs in less than a week. Love the quality and reclining. The kids love the lights and food trays.
