This shredder is not very noisy. It’s prettt quiet and shreds a good amount of paper. It is high quality and will work well in a home or small office based setting. Highly recommend

It takes a second to set up, its not as noisy as other shredders I've had. The pull out basket is so much easier to use than taking the top off and having it on wheels is a dream. The basket is a bit cheap so be careful but over all this is a great shredder so far.

Very quiet and shreds multiple pages, the price is a good deal for this quality shredder. Its new but I hope it will last for along time as I did not get the warranty.

I shredded 7 years of financial, medical, personal,etc records and documents with this shredder approx. 2 hrs. each day ,3 days /week, 6-9 pages at a time. Never overheated and noise was reasonably low. only minor concern was to empty the basket, after a few times it was became easier.

Bought this shredder for in-home use and it works great. Gets all my shredding done. It's also not very loud which is great. Great quality product.

I only wish it had a larger bin. Don't understand why Best Buy doesn't stock this product.

Had to get a heavier shredder to replace the old Royal I had over 10 years. Body is not as sturdy as the old version, but works well so far.

My first-ever Shredder and it works just like it says it does. I would require to purchase some Shredder wet sheets that you could purchase at Best Buy keep it smooth

Royal shredder model PX1201. Good so far after a couple of uses. Quality feels cheaper than expected for the cost. Plastic smell after extended use. Bin fills up quickly. A bit messy to empty. Think it will be fine for residential use. Certainly not for commercial use.
