So Far It's OK

As far as the unit goes we have been running it for about a month and it works great except the pump function. Occasionally the reservoir will fill and will not run again until it's emptied. I write the company to see what was up if there is a "workaround" and was told no that it should work. I'll be running it for awhile longer to test it and make sure this isn't a faulty unit because I got it for the pumping aspect. I DON'T WANT TO BE EMPTYING TGE RESERVOIR! I will post back if I turn it back in for another unit. If not for this issue it would get 5 stars. If I have to return it i'd have to change my rating to 1 or 2.

For the pump mode to work correctly, make sure the drain hose is properly installed and connected to the back of the unit by the drain port. Noisy, but works well

It is placed in our basement and has worked well thus far. My only complaint is the noise. This unit is louder than previous dehumidifiers we have used.

Good packaging but something was very wrong from day one! The unit made a very loud sound and the sound got worse as the days went on. I keep it for 30 days and received my electric bill it went us $75.00usd. I was able to return the unit with the Awesome return policy with BestBuy. The unit was repacked with the Honeywell 70pint and it works great!

It's a cheap alternative to a garage air conditioner and keeps mold ana mildew from forming. The pump occasionally quits but it has a backup reserve tank to collect the water.
