Superior protection.

Good case, poor customer service

Probably not the most protective case out there but it's nice and does offer some protection. Bought a new S20+ and when I got it home it had a scratch on the screen right out of the box. Called the store and I was told they couldn't exchange it for a new phone and a restocking fee would be charged. Why would they restock a new phone with a scratched screen? Very disappointed in Best Buy customer service.
