    Got this because I needed more games than ACNH on it. Love this game. I had to keep a notebook on hand to keep track of where I was in the game, just like with Story of Seasons but that is why they give you the notebooks usually as preorder bonuses or special editions with these types of games.

    I already owned this on the 3ds for years- and sunk in many hours. The joy it brings me to see my favorite npcs on the tv screen and to see the updated character artwork...! I cannot recommend this game more. If you enjoy harvest moon, story of seasons, or stardew valley, and light jrpg elements then you'll adore this game.

    Rune Factory 4 is harvest moon (or you could say Story of season) alike with combat add-on to it. It's fun and relaxing game to play. And the save file of Rune Factory 4 can use on Rune Factory 5, which is a big plus for me. If you are into Harvest Moon/Story of Season, you gonna love this game for sure.

    If you've played the original, this is a fantastic version of the game, and promises to be just as fun as the first experience, but with many additional aspects added to enhance the total experience in the Rune Factory world.

    I bought the 3ds version and was looking forward to the rerelease. Best purchase as it comes with extras even at the usual 59.99 switch game price. It’s a fun game like harvest moon/animal crossing but with more adventure.

    If you like Rune Factory then it's a no brainer. Dungeon crawler meets farming sim with a bunch of Harvest Moon-like elements. A solid game if that genre appeals to you.

    The game is kind of like what I remember from the 3ds. It looks better and there’s a few less bugs, but compared to a couple other newer town sims like Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing New Horizons, it doesn’t hold up as much graphically. In conclusion, I enjoyed it, but it’s a bit outdated.

    I remember this game on the 3ds, now I get to play it in 1080p(docked) or 720p (portable). The game is a fantasy harvest moon.
