This is my third S View cover that I've purchased. I used it for my wife's note 9 although we've already upgraded our phones, we still kept our note 9 and used it as a backup. It's far more better than other s view cases that I have. Just don't drop your phone because it will not totally protect it if you dropped your phone badly.

Pretty cool little case. I enjoy the notifications on the screen to see if I've missed any calls, texts, etc. Also pretty cool how you can control your music without having to open the case up. Not the sturdiest case out there but nice to have with light usage at home. It will protect the front which is better than having just a back case but don't expect it to withstand a decent fall as the flip will open up and expose the front screen. Wouldn't recommend with heavy usage or on a job site however. Would think getting a rubber band or something to wrap around so if you were to accidentally drop it, at least it will keep the phone enclosed all the way around would be my best advice.

Great case for the phone and protects it so well from damage

I love love love my phone, So many features n such an awesome camera... Best pictures n videos ever.. I was shocked when I did a selfie n u can c every single pore on my face lol. The stylish cover for it.. I got soo many compliments I was amazed.. lBest buy ever n able to pay with my best buy cc was even better..Woohoo!

Durable quality - easy to use - works well with Samsung

My wife got one of these as a promo with her S20 Ultra. I became jealous of the notifications seen with the cover on and the screen protected. I also liked the slim style case. Wireless charging works thru the case. I do like my wallet cases though also, and have been going back and forth between the two.

It's a cool case but it's not very convenient. I like the silicone-like finish as it prevents the phone from falling out of my lap. A little on the expensive side for a phone case but a good product.

I've had my fair share of flip cases. This flip case has good material that feels durable. It leaves no fingerprints (especially my oily fingers). I have no worry that the flap will rip off the case. The case itself wraps all around the phone's edge so a few of my clumsy drops never dents the phone.

This is a good case. I am using my Samsung S20 over 2 years. And my previous case (another brand) did not save my screen. It is broken when i drop my phone. I wish I bought this case before that accident.

Covers all the phone and that saved my bacon on a four foot drop out of my car. Phone saved and screen safe. Oh yea and it looks good and feels stable in hand. Sometimes I wish the cover on front was removable but not since I dropped it. :)

I REALLY want to give this 5 stars. I just can't. It is a nice sleek case that fits the product it was made for well and allows Popsockets and scosche plates to mount easily to the back... HOWEVER, after a day of use it won't close tightly, after a week its quite loose, after a month it will fly open after you attempt to close it. This could easily be fixed by adding a magnetic flap like my favorite Otterbox folio had. Samsung is too boogie to not have this feature included, so it gets 4 stars. Engineers get paid too much to not think end user things like this through. Also the "window" attracts fingerprints, maybe next time make it oleophobic... Value for money would be much more proportionate if these simple things were applied to the case.

I just couldn't get over the fact I had to keep opening the cover to uncover the phone and I wasn't quit a fan of that. Other than that it was a clever cover that revealed all the notifications while the cover was closed

I think this is the best official Samsung case for the new S20 Ultra. Couldn't find it in an official phone carrier store so I checked out Best Buy and it was just there waiting for me to own it! Thank you Best Buy for having these in stock!

Enjoy the case. Nice features of smart view operations, Like answering phone wirh case closed. Sweet. When taking pictures, the case gets in front of the cameras though. Yikes.

All around it's a pretty good case seems to it really secure to the phone no major problems. Samsung could update the app to fit more things on the screen hopefully new things will come in the future. Only thing I really don't like is trying to take a picture and not knowing where to put the front part of the case because it folds in front of the camera other than that I really like it!

The case protects the phone well and I like the seamless integration between the phone and case that is classic with Samsung. The back cover also can conveniently be used as a tripod support for watching video or reading from your phone hands free. The one drawback that is a big one for me is the edge of the open cover digs into your palm while you're holding the phone one handed (which is practically always). I may end up switching back to a coverless phone due to this.

Displays a lot of important information. Great feel to the touch and also is lightweight, not too bulky. Makes camera flush with the case and prevents wobble when the phone is laid flat on its back.

The case did protect my phone if I wouldn't have had a screen protector though my screen would have been broken as the flip top opened and my phone landed on the screen on the road when I flipped my vehicle but the phone doesn't have a mark on it thank goodness some kind of addition to it to keep the flap from opening so easily would be great for this reason I can only give it three Stars
