The case looks really nice when brand new, clean, and scratch-less. That lasts only a couple of minutes. Even if you clean it multiple times per day, just setting it on your desk, pulling it out of your pocket, opening/closing it, and just generally any contact with anything at all leaves it looking like you've never cleaned the thing and don't care for it. A shame, because it looks really slick and the functionality (seeing the phone's screen through the surface) makes it look otherwise very high tech and premium of a case. I guess it does keep your phone itself from getting scratched - one of the main purposes of a cell phone case. But it's not a heavy duty case that will protect your phone if you happen to drop it, though. And the surface is so slick, that you probably will at some point. Recommend the S View with the window instead, if you must have a Samsung product. That is the one I switched to, and I give that one 5 stars.

I never had as many people turn their heads and look at me jealously, as I have had eversince I put this concert on my Note 5. I am happy, I went against the conventional wisdom, and overlooked all those negative reviews and purchased this cover. The only drawback if any is. To keep it looking pristine you have to wipe it routinely. As far as protecting your phone, it does a fairly good job workout ruining the gorgeous look of the Note 5
