For all the mixed feelings you will get when you ask people if they liked this movie, I was surprised with just how much I enjoyed it. This is a great movie, involving some great twists, big names, and good action. The acting isn't anything amazing, but it fits the mood of the movie itself. As a whole, S.W.A.T. is a light-hearted action movie which gives some background into what life could be like in a S.W.A.T. team. I really enjoyed this film and I recommend it to anyone who wants to watch a light action movie. Oh yeah, and by the way, the opening shootout is a re-enactment of a real shootout called "The Hollywood Shootout". Look it up and you can see just how realistic the re-enactment ended up being... very well done.

Okay I'm not old enough to have seen the tv series, but if its anything like the movie than it must have been a good series. Everyone was great in this movie (even LL), but my girl, Michelle Rodriguez was the surprise hit. With her tough girl attitude, and extremely sexy look, Ms. Rodriguez shows that guys are not the only ones that can handle themselves with guns

This movie gives a little insight to the kind of job SWAT officers have to perform. The acting could be a little better, but, the action keeps you into the movie.

I thought that this was a pretty good action movie and the cast of really good.

had the Dvd, traded it in to upgrade to the bluray version for just $5 was worth it! Great movie.

This movie has a dumb premise, none of the actors come across as anyone who would be in swat. Its just a straight up dumb movie.
