Such a good movie, everyone needs to own this movie!

For what it was it was a good movie. Wish they had more time in the suits, but I get what they were trying to do by making the Rangers worthy of the suit first. The Best Buy exclusive is great. The cards included are wonderful and great for a display.

I have never been a fan of Power Rangers. For me the robotic suitsfights among cardboard houses weren't my thing even as a kid. But man, this movie surprised me. Only because my husband was a real fan of my franchise we decided to buy this and give it a try. The box, artcover and included posters are all incredible, top points for presentation, and surprisingly the movie was great. Behind were the days of the model citizen heroes, perfect in every way fighting an obviously eveil for the sake of being evil witch. Here the characters are flawed, have to go great lengths to trust each others and have to earn "the power of friendship" unlike in the original tv show. Totally recommend. Besides, the villain totally chews the scenery with a few touches of horror movie scenes.

Power Rangers is a great film, or at least greater than I thought a Power Rangers film would be. This adaptation definitely takes a more mature approach to the property, focusing on the five high school students' struggles to figure out where they fit in. I really enjoyed this aspect of the movie as I felt it was well done, but they probably spent a little too much time on this. After all, this is based on a series all about kids fighting monsters using martial arts and robots while dressed in brightly colored, animal-themed suits. Luckily, when the action does start it's really fun. Definitely recommend this film. As for the blu-ray, it was good. No complaints here. Great quality resolution and sound, and some extra featurettes to boot.

Grew up watching the original PR. My kids are now big fans because of Netflix. They have watch every installment. So when they wanted to go see the movie, I was down. The movie was not my cup of tea. But my kids love it. So that’s why I bought it.

I watched the Power Rangers TV series back in the day, and this film wasn't a bad adaptation of that franchise. I wasn't blown away by it--perhaps because the teenage angst among the main characters became a bit annoying during the course of the film. Overall, though, most of the changes from the TV series were for the better and definitely helped the movie tell its story within the time allotted. If you're a fan of Power Rangers, this is a decent film to see, and the post credits scene is a nice teaser for a possible sequel. As for the blu-ray itself, the digital copy includes an iTunes file. If you're looking to expand your Apple movie library, this blu-ray will work for you!

What can I say, I grew up watching the original show. I may watch newer episode when it's on. This movie was ok. Don't get me wrong I liked it. I didn't seen it in the theaters but when I saw it on the rack I said the why not.

I was too old when Power Rangers had their TV run, however I gave this movie a chance based upon the trailer. Having seen this in the movies and then picking this up as a demo disc with true 4K HDR (filmed on RED Digital Cinema camera, 4K digital intermediate) and support for HDR10 and Dolby Vision, this movie definitely gets better on second viewing. The online reviews have it accurate in that it's a bit too adult for kids, and a bit too simple for adults. However, if you just treat it like the storyline behind a roller coaster or ride at Disneyland, you'll enjoy it much more. As a demo disc, this really highlights the strength of wide color gamut and HDR.

Giving by my son. Ahh, power rangers the movie. I grew up with power rangers from the very start of it. From mighty morphin to todays generation of it. This was very different from the movies I grew up with. It had action, comedy, and a storyline just like the others but this one had more of a serious feel to it. They focus more on the teens and what its like minus being a super hero and monster fighting, growing up and things you deal with while doing so. That's something they haven't done before. It also had great fight scenes. I liked everything about this movie and I'm sure any true power rangers fan does to. Go 'Go Power Rangers!

I went into this expecting complete garbage so maybe thats why I liked it. I watched a lot of power rangers as a kid and this wasnt half bad. Definitely worth a watch if you were a power rangers fan.

I absolutely loved this Power Rangers reboot. I was a fan of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series growing up, and this reboot, I felt did a fantastic job. The Power Rangers story is wholesome, and good hearted. I liked how each character had a little bit of a back story, and really showed the bonds of the Rangers maybe even more so than back in the TV series. I especially loved the back story they gave to Zordon, Alpha, and Rita. Even if you arent a Power Rangers fan, if youre not just some bitter angry movie goer, I honestly believe you could even enjoy this wonderful story, filled with action and goodness!

I've seen the TV show and the first couple movies and I would have to say I was pleasantly surprised with this movie. It does not play off the former show or movies but is a new movie all by itself that can be viewed by Power Ranger fans and and those that have never seen the Power Rangers. I am a tough critic when it comes to movies so don't let the 4 star rating discourage you from watching it. And, even though they won't see this, I would also like to say thanks to the original cast members that made an appearance in the movie, it means a lot to the fans.
