The instructions or touch pad should include more information on proper use. Not very intuitive BUT once you figure out the unwritten uses it is fantastic. I’ve had other super automatic coffee machines, some with better led screens but none of those made a cup as nice as this one. The brewed coffee does not disappoint the pickiest coffee lover. The pucks are very dry as they should be. The foam is creamy and holds up. This machine is easy to clean. I’ve used this machine 5 months now without a single problem.

For those of us who love good coffee, you have to have a good machine. And it has to allow you different settings. This one does and there is really a difference. So when I need a super strong cup of espresso - it's easy. And when I need just a regular strong cappuccino, I easily change the setting. It took a bit of time to set up and the directions were not entirely clear. But that is a one time issue and then there is just great coffee. Don't forget that you have to buy great coffee beans in order to make great coffee.
