I got this product during the COVID Pandemic and was unable to open the box right away. I was tempted by the selling price and hurried to buy it at USD$129.99 but got shocked when I opened the box and after a few weeks and saw that was an open-boxed item though I was untold of it. I was sad to see that a previously used and returned product was sent to me without proper verification though I paid for the brand new Safety 1st - Continuum 3-in1 Car Seat - Red. I am confused now what to do with it since the due date for return has already been passed but it contains stains and dirt though I never used it before, just opened the box. The car seat was not even sealed or wrapped properly and did not have the Instructions or User's Guide as well. Please open the box as soon as you get it and do not wait to put it on hold for later use like I did. You may get used product and no time to return it. Thank you!

Did not fit properly, kind of tilted & uneven. Harness belt are not tighten equally. My son does not feel comfortable
