The grill is great. It looks nice, has plenty of room, and good quality. Saffire company has been a great resource for questions. The shipping company was frustrating because the email said they would contact me to schedule delivery, but the first delivery attempt was scheduled without contacting me. I contacted the shipping company to tell them I would not be home to accept delivery and their response was that they would try to deliver it anyway and if I was not home, I can then call them to schedule another delivery time, which is what we did. Best buy was a little frustrating because the packaging looked good when I accepted the delivery, but I noticed a crack in the dome lid when I unpacked the grill later on that week. Best buy no longer carried the grill and told me my only options were to keep it or return it. So, I emailed the Saffire company and they called me back the next day to talk about the crack in the dome. I provided Saffire with all the pictures they asked and they are taking care of helping replace the done lid. I was surprised and impressed by this. The Saffire company has great information from accepting the grill when it is shipped to your home, assembly, and how to use their grill on their website. I would give Saffire 5 stars.
