I received it on time and in great condition. When I put the tablet into the case, it fit but the side buttons didn't line up properly. I brought it back to a Best Buy store and they said that I ordered the proper item but I was sent the wrong item. They ordered it for me as I was in the store. Again, the product showed up on time and was in great condition, but it was the same case as the one I had returned. I will be returning this for a refund and buying a different product. I don't know if this case just doesn't actually work for the S7 FE or if I'm being sent the wrong product.
