    I like it cause my grandaughter loves it. She was able to set up herself. Lets not forget the price was reasonable.

    I am not satisfied on how they handle the delivery from. I went to their physical shop and was told that it was not available and they can ship the item in one week, after 2 weeks it was not delivered, went to their shop and told me that they already no control of the item. gave me a number to call only to find out the number they gave is AI generated, which didnt help. The item was delivered exactly 1months and 2 weeks. Best Buy dont know how to handle this kind of situation. so much disappointed.
