great it protects my sons tablet which is really good because he's 2 so just imagine how many times its fell or been thrown. lol

I am not satisfied on how they handle the delivery from. I went to their physical shop and was told that it was not available and they can ship the item in one week, after 2 weeks it was not delivered, went to their shop and told me that they already no control of the item. gave me a number to call only to find out the number they gave is AI generated, which didnt help. The item was delivered exactly 1months and 2 weeks. Best Buy dont know how to handle this kind of situation. so much disappointed.
