    The item was shipped to my house and was in excellent condition when received. Directions for installing was so complete and easy to follow, they even sent a cleaning cloth to clean the iPad before installing.

    Not easy to apply. They give you stickers to hold the glass for positioning, stickers are not sticky at all. Glass fell as I was placing it on the device and tons of air bubbles that I couldn’t remove!!! So angry!

    It fits my new iPad air 5th gen. I had a BB employee put this on for me, because I was worried I would mess it up. It is all good, except for either a small bubble or a smudge. I have less finger prints with this screen and it cleans up great.
