The first one came cracked and the employee who assisted me was super rude and sent me to the technology department which they then got confused because the lady who assisted was suppose to handle returns/exchanges so they walked me back to her and watched her do her job. I ended up exchanging it for a new one which came with absolutely nothing to help apply it without bubbles. So now my screen has a million bubbles under the glass, completely not worth the price when other screens come with kit installations.

This is a strong protector. It safe my screen in the best way. I am happy to use This.

It was very hard to place on screen without bubbles underneath even though I cleaned the screen with alcohol before trying to apply. The instructions were not very clear either.

Not what I wanted! Bigger than expected and also thicker.

I installed this screen protector prior to "installing" the case I ordered for it. Once I installed the case, the corner of the screen protector broke. This is the 2nd UAG case I have put on my surfaces, and the other screen protector was just fine. This screen protector was supposed to be "shatter-proof," so much for that I suppose.
