I haven't gotten to this part 2, yet, but if it's like part 1, here's what I'm seeing and wrote for that: Ok - I know that NOTHING is ever as I remember it, but so far - though I still enjoy the show - I have been nothing but irked by the new English dubbing and few dialogue changes. I realize I am not an anime 'purist' but, dangit, the main character should have remained "Serena" in English when not Sailor Moon, NOT Usagi. When she transforms the addition (or restoring) of "Make Up!" to the end of "Moon Prism Power" is ridiculous and jarring. Tuxedo Mask in civilian form referring to "Usagi" as "Bun Head" instead of "Meatball Head" is loathsome (the latter makes MUCH more sense). Though I know that she is "The Pretty Guardian," its restoration to her announcement before she faces the enemy ("I am the Pretty Guardian, Sailor Moon! And in the name of the moon, I will punish you." or whatever) makes this even more clumsy than she herself is. The new voice actors are much higher pitched and more whiny - which I realize Serena is, anyway - but it makes Luna & Serena less authoritative and less powerful. And I hope (Oh I hope!) that the original 90's song & lyrics comes back instead of the restored nonsensical lyrics of what we currently have. Sad to say, in my opinion of course, there were some great corrections made (though, yes, a few flaws (I look forward to the restored episodes!)) when this was first introduced to the American audience. Bring back the 90's Sailor Moon with all of the original voice talent and dialogue/names, but with restored episodes! But this...this I will continue to watch and hope it gets better! Who knows...maybe I myself will change, too. I'm only on Episode 3. However...as a review/recommendation (thanks for reading to the end and enduring my rants!), here's what I offer: If you're looking for nostalgia of a great TV show from the 90's - prepare to be challenged. If you're interested in watching something similar in a new way (and apparently more faithful to the original Japanese Anime), go for it! It's still Sailor Moon, after all! :)

Mastered good, only thing would have been better to have used the original cast voices.

My wife was really disappointed with a few changes of the show. But other then that it's a good dvd. She wished best buy held more.

I remember watching Sailor Moon as a kid and I remember loving it, and now getting to re-watch all the episodes has made me fall in love with the show all over again! Sad to see season one end but hopefully they will release the following seasons on DVD soon!

Still bias to the first dub. This dub is nice to have and be more 'complete' than the other one. The 'remastered' quality of the blu ray really isn't that great. There still is shadowing and other image problems. (Would rather have the duller colors of the first dub instead of the shadow problems.)
