Saints Row is a lot of fun but it steals a lot of ideas from Grand Theft Auto. For this reason it is a good game to tide you over until GTA 4 actually releases. This is a Sandbox game and a decently fun one at that. You are in a gang and are trying to take over the entire city for your own game, you need to gain respect to open up new missions (which can be annoying because this means going on side quests that are sometimes annoying) and there are a lot of mission types as you go through the game. You have the ability to fully customize yourself from your height and weight, to your face and haircut. You can also buy clothes that if you wear the right colors can increase your respect by a certain percent. You can play this game online, although not the campaign. There are a lot of different online modes to play through. I did not find these all that fun though. Achievements for this game are actually very difficult but for a sandbox game with so much to do; I think they are fair. I recommend this game to anyone that enjoys sandbox style games, or for people that enjoy GTA, but have played the previous titles too much and need a similar game to play in the mean time.

this game is great. the graphics in this game are really good but not great. it tends to slow down on some part of the game. the length of the game is really long. plus you have all th side missions you can do which can make the game even longer.the gameplay is good not to confusing that you can't get the hang of it. the only problem that I see with this game is that you pretty much do the same thing over and over. steal cars, assasinate people, etc. so the difficulty in this game ain't great. since you do the same thing constantly you pretty much know what to do to follow the story. I recommend this to anyone who likes games like grand theft auto. very similar to each other.

This is a cool game its starts off cool in the very begining when you are introduced to the Saints Row. Then you go and you have to be inishiated. How well you fight decides how much starting money you get, now enough of that. You can customize your guy, cars in so many differnt ways. If you play online you can start your own gang and invite people into it. The only bad thing about online is all the glitches.

Good storyline and fun to play especially on live, cant wait for SR2

This game is really cool and fun. I've beaten it but then it gets really boring. I just wish there was more to do. And the game is too much like Grand Theft Auto by Rockstar Games. It is pretty much the same game with different guns and better graphics. This is just a game that is a hold-over untill Grand Theft Auto IV comes out in March of 08.

This is a really good game, you can completely customize your character, and do amazing side track missions. It isnt quite as good as GTA IV, but for the price, it is better. The only main problem that I have with the game is that the missions get repetitive, and the other gangs are pretty much the same. All things considered, get it!

I purchased this game for my hubby a while back and he's found it really entertaining. The only downfall is there isnt a way to turn the language off..Hes unable to play it with the children up. If you could turn the cursing off and the explicit language that would be great.

This was one of my first games (bout it wen it first came out) for my xbox 360, and it still is one of my best and favorite. people say that it is a copy of gta, but i dont agree. it is very different and to me, a lot better. In order to play saints row 2, you need to beat sainst row 1. it is not a waist of money. the best part of the game is the story mode. The part of taking over a city, then blowing up mayors bus is brilliant. A+++ game

I finally bought this and have been enjoying it. As a 40-year-old white guy, I don't "get" the gang stuff, I turn off the music tracks, and I simply enjoy the game from the point of view of "good"-guy brutality. Great way to pass some time whooping up on people!

This game rocks the graphics r outstanding and game play is incredible, online mode is great, i love Protect tha Pimp and Blinged Out Ride those games r the best and u can make ur own gang and battle other games online and get ur gang through the ranked get to number 1 in the world buy this game right now and get xbox live and play it

this game is the first game i ever played for 360 and it is the hottest!!!outt all my games last christmas this was the one i played all the time every day. later in 2007 i found even more secret guns!!! a golden ghdc 50 a platinum t3k urban and a platinum as12 riot and last a platinum rocket launcher!!!!! this game rox!!!!!!!!!!

if you have not checked out saints row it is time to do so. this game exceeded what the GTA series did on its first go around whcih is quite an acheivement. the game is relatively cheap now so i would definatly get it. it exceeds gta in fun and mission variety which makes the game more fun to play in my opinion.

this game is unbelievable. way better than GTA series. so much more to do, so much more to see. these graphics are so awesome. the only problem i saw was a couple times i made an explosion so massive it actually froze the game! it was sweet though. GO OUT AND BUY IT NOW(ITS REALLY CHEAP COMPARED TO OTHER 360 GAMES!)

This is a great game to have a lot of fun with. This is a game to where you have the full city to run around in. You can do anything in the game. You can steal any car and rob anyone. The game gives you so much that you can do. The xbox live on this game is fun to, and it allows you to get money for the game.

Violent, obscene, and just plain fun. If you liked the GTA series, this is a must have. I found it more user friendly and much more entertaining that any game I've found in sometime. Customizing and collecting cars, completing side missions, and the indepth story... it will keep you playing for hours.

This game was pretty good but, I was not dazzeled by it. The game is definatly not comparable to the grand theft auto series. The sub-missions are numerous but somewhat repetative when you go from district to district. The actual game missions are pretty interesting at first but would have been more fun had they strayed a bit form conquering gang territory. The graphics were really good so that was a plus. The online play is totally lacking though, the run and gun gameplay gets old really quickly.

This game has some of the same features as GTA but overall it is a lot better and has more stuff to do. This game starts out in my opinion very slow and i didnt like it but after you get going this game is alot of fun and i spend hours playing. you gotta buy this game

I think is a good game,like grand theft auto.i coudnt wait for grand theft auto 4 to come out so igot this instead and im glad i did.you cant fly anything but still good.i didnt get the ending though,i was really mad cuz i thought the ending sucked.good game though.

Despite the gta clone obviousness, its a clone that works well and provides some solid gameplay and a lot of fun. I would actually recommend it over previous gta's , especially now since you should be able to find it for a fairly cheap price. Tons of fun to be had.

i dont like the graphics very much but it is very fun and has awesome wepaons that u can buy at the store u dnt even need to unlock them
