I’d say that overall, I am very content with this steamer. It allows to quickly iron (technically, steam, but the results are the same) clothes that are hard to use a regular iron on, such as silk dresses. It is fairly small and light, and works fine for traveling. It can be used on heavier fabrics such as cotton and wool, but steaming them would take a bit longer and would require more effort. Be careful not to get under the steam, which is very hot - I accidentally stood near it and got a blister on my leg. Also, sometimes it leaves wet marks on clothes while steaming. However, overall it works well and I does its job.

bought to use in my sewing room to touch up garments that I sew. also good to get wrinkles out of newly hung curtains. easy to use. heats up fast.

I've been looking for a small garment steamer and so far, this is the best available! I wish there's smaller one. as i got it, i'll keep using.

Bought this as a present. From what I hear, it works well.

I was helping prepare for a wedding and saw the large professional style garment steamer. I realized how nice it would be to have one at home, but not the big bulky machine. So I started researching the handheld steamer. The reviews looked good online so I made the purchase. Once I got the handle of how long to steam the clothes, it works as states.

I was expecting a bit more out of the steamer. Isn't as fast as others I have used in the past but it will get wrinkles out, just give it some time.

It's a little awkward to hold, but it's easy to travel with and works.

We needed a replacement for our XSteam so I researched and read multiple reviews. Hoping to find a similar travel steamer at a lesser cost; I chose this product. I wish I had tried it before waiting to take on a trip. The first use proved the reviews wrong. I’m not sure what this could work on, the steam came out like a diffuser. Very disappointed.

This steamer is a gem...small in size, but big on performance. Great for home or travel!

After my small, handheld steamer "ran out of steam" for the last time, I purchased a somewhat larger one with a creaser, large H20 capacity, etc. I returned it and bought the travel-sized Salav Garment Steamer . . . LOVE it! I have been steaming for years with industrial steamers for my job (costumer/wardrobe) but use the handheld for my personal use. The handle is perfect for me because I hold the steamer under the garment and pull the fabric taut (with TLC [be careful not to pull too much with stretch fabrics]). The Salav is easy to use. I don't dismantle the handle to use as measuring cup because I don't want to put wear and tear on it (not necessary, although clever). Water level window is very helpful and the 6.5 ' durable cord is terrific! PERFECT travel size as well. I can steam at least 3 blouses and a pair of pants with ease before adding more water. I recommend using distilled water. I like this little guy so much I ordered a second one already because the price is so darn reasonable!

Bought this for my son. Very small and handy for a dorm room.
