    From Steve Purcell of 'Brave' ; Sam & Max: Freelance Police is the funniest action cartoon with plenty of sublime humor and action jokes involving a hardboiled detective dog-Sam- and the hyperactive rabbit Max as they adventure weird cases from giant cockroaches on the moon, obsessed fans, miniature aliens, fast-food henchmen, psychic kids, pet alligators, Greek god marriage counseling, and talking fish mobsters. Equipped with an interactive computer game, short CGI cartoon, comments by the creator, and plenty of in-jokes. Latter fans of the computer game will enjoy this joyfully silly cartoon that suspends the normal from under your feet. Great for all ages, but smart enough for adults.
