Fun family game for the Wii

The packaging on the game's box looks pretty juvenile, but it is actually a fun game for all ages. I bought it as a family Christmas gift, and it has even been enjoyable for the adults to play. In fact, if you are a little too uncoordinated to appreciate all of the dance games on the market, this game will still get you moving around and active without having to perform choreography. Instead you just shake your maracas (actually the Wii controller and nunchuk) to the beat while enjoying the fun Latin-inspired tunes in the game's soundtrack.

A SEGA Dreamcast Classic, Brought Back

Really enjoyed this game back in the day, for the SEGA Dreamcast. Remember playing this game with the maracas that you needed, in order to play it. It's very interesting to see how they've incorporated the maracas mechanic from the Dreamcast port, into the Nintendo Wii's Nunchuk / Wii remote.
Definitely recommend for those, who want to go on an nostalgia trip, back into the ol' SEGA Dreamcast days.

Fun and Addictive

I bought this thinking it would be a simple game to move and excercise with. I didn't realize how fun and addicting this game could be. My older teen children looked at the cover and said it was a little kids game, then when they saw me play, they took over and had a blast. Good fun, great music and many levels to work with. The bright, vivid colors and grooving moving music really keeps the excitement going. The extra games are fun too.
The only problem we have had is sometimes the Wiimote won't register your moves and you have to go back and re-calibrate a few times to get you and the wii in sync.

This game is great for all ages! From 4 - 44 we all had a blast playing this game. The music is lively and the games keep you moving to the beat (regardless if you get the shakes right!). One thing we did find out, we bought the maracas to go with the game... SO NOT NEEDED! They are heavy and after a while you feel like they way a million pounds... Our suggestion... Just use the Controller and Nunchuck.... Over all great game, fun and definitely a two THUMBS UP!

This game is one of the best. It is a perfect remake from the original game for Sega Dreamcast. The controllers are easier to use, there is are tons more songs, also alot more mini games. I recommended this game when it was for the dreamcast and I still recommend it today now for the Wii.

This game is so much fun! I didn't know what to expect when i bought it, i thought it might be more for kids, but i brought it to a friends house and we played for hours! It is a tad bit difficult to get the hang of it at first, but once you find your rhythym you'll find it hard to stop. The music is great, it really gets you movng. There are minigames and many features to unlock like new songs and sound effects. This game is fun for all ages, and would be a big hit at parties. The only down side so far is that you can't have more than 2 players.

This was the best game we've ever played as a family. You workout without even realizing it. I liked it better than (dare I say?) Guitar Hero! I rented it the first time because the ads made it look cheesy, but it was well worth it!

This game is very fun. It take a lfew times to get the hang of it but worth trying. I love it and couldn't put it down. Senior parent learned how to play and help with learning more coordination. Especially the minigames.

We've had a great time playing. For added fun I also purchased two pairs of the maracas. It gets everyone up and moving to the music. What a fun work out.
