excited to try this product, seems working fine on the 1st day. 2nd day is still working good. Third day, when i turn the power on, there is a loud sound like theres a feedback. i check all the volumes are 0. turn it off, BUT power light is still ON, battery and bluetooth light is still on which is weird! When you turn it off, all lights should be off. And everytime i turn it on, there is a loud sound. Called samson, and they say i have to return it to Bestbuy = which sucks because i have to pay shipping cost now for a 20lbs product, and carry it the post office. maybe $30 so shipping is cheap to ship this. Very disappointed!

I was exceptionally pleased with the quality and size of the unit. The wireless and Bluetooth features included are very useful. Excellent quality sound.

If you're looking for a PA system that can connect a Bluetooth device, a microphone and just simply be a power house then this is what you need. At first I was skeptical about the product but I let it charge, turned it on and was blown away. It has soo much power and I stopped at about 75% of its capacity because it was just too loud by that point lol.

In theory, this speaker seemed great: something for my wife to use around the garden, and a small PA for me to play guitar. In reality this was no good at all. Made with cheap plastic jacks on the back that would not hold in place a 1/4 inch input. One of the jacks had very very low output. I returned the unit, and got another one, but the battery wouldn't charge on the second unit. I was very disapointed and exchanged it for something else. It is cheaply made, so it is a gamble. You might get a good one that works, but maybe not.

We bought this for a classroom and it saved us when we needed to power our microphones through phantom power. We liked it so much that we bought another one immediately.

I purchased this items to take with me on church mission trips. Overall the unit is excellent, extremely portable, and has big sound when compared to a normal bluetooth speaker. At first, I loved the fact that the battery lasted for a long time and the combo of hookups gave this product a lot of versatility. Then, there was a season where I was not going on these trips and I let the unit sit about eight months. I missed this important detail in the owner's manual: "The Expedition Express has an internal, rechargeable battery capable of eight hours of continuous audio on a full charge. Even though the system may have some charge when first taken out of the box, we recommend fully charging your Expedition Express before first using the system. To charge the battery: • Set the power switch to the “OFF” position. • Connect the Expedition Express to an AC power outlet using the included power adapter. • Keep the system plugged in until the Battery indicator changes to green, indicating the battery is fully charged. The Expedition Express utilizes a sealed lead-acid gel cell battery. When not in use, the battery will slowly self-discharge. If you are planning not to use the Expedition Express for a long period of time, it is advised to fully charge the unit before storing. It is also important to charge the unit every six months when not used. This will ensure a healthy battery and extend its life. If the battery is left with a very low charge for an extended period of time, it is possible to recharge the battery to working condition, but the charge time can take over 24 hours. If you find that the operation time of the Expedition Express becomes noticeably decreased, even after fully charging, the battery should be replaced. Contact Samson customer service or your local distributor for a replacement battery. " I called Samson and they told me that the battery was more expensive than what I'd paid for the unit and recommended I toss my unit and get a new one or use it plugged in. Thus, I am now tethered to electricity. Again this rating would be much higher if this had not been the case.

Love. Can't say enough about how thrilled I am abouth this little gem. I work as an entertainer a absolutely love the portability of this speaker. The sound from this tremendous for such a small device, rich and full. Not have to run power cords and searching for an outlet is great. Highly recommended.

I got this PA system for Father's day present and I'm really happy, we took it for camping trips, tailgating and when I'm cooking in the back yard. It is a great System and I really enjoyed.
