Owned a 3500 model years ago and liked it. Needed to purchase a bass amp in an emergency utilizing my best buy credit line. The head in my Markbass Jeff Berlin Combo amplifier was blowing fuses everytime I powered it on and their warranty didnt cover my problem, needed a reliable amp to plug into the speaker that met the similar specifications that I could carry on to a future rig . The amp I received from bestbuy's marketplace was correct, however, it did not include the Hartke rack case as illustrated in the photo, and came in the classic black mode. Best Buy warns about product being different from the picture though. I knowingly bought this overpriced through best buy market place (again, with my line of credit through bestbuy) and they matched my price post-purchase which I am happy with. Search around, and you should be able to have Best Buy drop the price to 500 dollars or lower. Product quality is as you'd expect from Hartke. I would have rated my purchase experience a 5 if it weren't for the market place markup in price through bestbuy.
