For the price it does exactly as advertised. There’s better options but not in this price range. I’m very happy I purchasers this and I haven’t had any issues yet. It can feel a little unsteady at times but that’s a minor complaint

It's perfect, at first I struggled thinking it'd be difficult to set up but after reading the instructions I could do it with ease and it has great mobility and range.

I recently bought a SHURE microphone and this boom arm for my home desk, and they work perfectly!

This microphone boom arm is good as in a much cheaper in price as oppose to the Blue brand at the time I purchased this Samson. Everything fits secure. However, the mount where the boom arm sits does have a little play. But nothing that should be a huge concern.

Works good. I had a stand for over a year for my mic. This really was an improvement.

Used with my mic that brought at Best Buy it hooked on perfect and I would recommend to others who stream or do Podcast

Great mic holder. Attached well to desk and is sturdy, yet flexible.

Does the job and has plenty of strength to hold up my mic. I opted to go with this and the HyperX Quadcast. It was very easy to set it up just right for my desk.

Really nice looking and easy to set up and is universal to use with every mic.

Purchased this for my son’s setup as his Yeti Compass would not fit on his desk properly as he doesn’t have a large enough overhang of the desktop to accommodate the mounting bracket for the compass. The screw mounting bracket included with the Samson was ideal for his setup. I lubed all the hinged areas as other viewers noted with lithium grease, but the Samson unit is still really stiff. However it is working very well and he says that it’s way better than the compass in positioning and adjustment. We did use the Blue Yeti shock mount that came with his Yeticaster and it screws into the Samson mount arm easily. Giving one star off due to the need to lubricate out of the box and the minimal cable routing compared to the Compass which was a nice feature. Overall a good value and if you need a screwed in setup this arm works well.

Solid choice for a mic anywhere. Very easily adjusted and light.

The boom arm was easy to install and works great! I added an adapter to have it hold a camera.
