Heavy, no lumbar support.

However it's heavy and I was hoping that because of the pads in the back it will have lumbar support since I have a herniated disc, but it doesn't really. And the worst part is that TGE RETURN WINDOW IS ONLY 2 WEEKS WHICH IS RIDICULOUS! So I am stuck with a heavy laptop backpack now with a backache!

Amazing work bag

It opens all the way up, it has 2 laptop spots Tom’s of storage pockets...did I mention it opens all the way up! Super comfortable etc. I have it in Cognac and it is so beautiful but will also get it in black. Buy it and tell me otherwise!
