I like the ability to expand the case by 2 additional inches making it a great suitcase for two how going on a weekend trip. I used it for a week long trip to Phoenix and it held up well. The warranty is a great value as well. I highly recommend getting this for anyone looking for a rugged, roomy suitcase to navigate those large airports terminals or train stations.

It says 28", but then I received it and it was the 24" inch one. This item is mislabeled on the BestBuy website. The real 28" one is the the one listed as 31". They count the handle as part of the height for 28". Be aware.
