If you buy it as a gift- they aren't lying when they say that the packaging will give away the contents. Even though the surprise was ruined, my fiancé loved this briefcase. He's a minimalist, so the fact that it's a slim & snug case was a selling point. It fits his laptop and files, and the leather doesn't look cheap like I feared it might. The strap being detachable was also something he appreciates.

This was a gift for my father, he has been using a hard briefcase for as long as I can remember. He now will never go back since this has proven to be convenient, well-made, and capable of carrying everything he needs.

Transitioned from a full size briefcase to a slim briefcase and was concerned about the reduced size. To my surprise, this briefcase is incredibly well-made to fit my stuff.

Having carried a larger flap type case for years, this smaller light weight case is the right size for today's notebooks, a portfolio and a handful of other business items. It will hold much more than I normally carry for extended travel and also has the back luggage strap to hook onto my wheeled pull bag. IT is very nice quality and I trust quite durable.
