My rolling bag is good, nice looking, sturdy, strong and easy rolling wheels, excellent and many compartments, very protective of my lap top; however, once I put all my heavy books, lap top, school things, etc., it gets very heavy and the telescoping handle bends a little and seems weak to pull the bag around. Too weak material used to pull a heavy bag around. Also, it could have better protection on the 'back' for getting up and down at sidewalks and escalators.

I am very pleased with the quality of the luggage I purchased at Best Buy.

I carry a lot of heavy books around so this is very helpful on my back. The bag itself is not so heavy so you are not caring around extra weight. At first, maneuvering can be a challenge but once you get a handle it is awesome. This turns very well on corners and confined spaces. You have the option to roll the bag long-ways, short-ways, all-4 wheels, and the traditional 2-wheels (tilted).There is several slots and compartments throughout the bag.
