I put it through quite the beating over a week of travel using it all day long every day and it’s still good as new. The function as a backpack AND small suitcase was perfect for my travel needs - especially because I had to transport medication and emergency supplies for a whole travel team. Easy to access as well as protect fragile supplies. The only thing that may have made it better would be if it had wheels.

I have lots of gadgets and love that this has plenty of compartments to put all my external drives, cables, and other accessories. Very pleased with this purchase and it holds my 17 inch MSI laptop and iPad Air, along with all my peripherals with no issue. Build quality is top notch. Looks pretty good too.

Should straps are comfortable and all the zippers are smooth unlike other bags. Great material. It’s big but still fit under my seat on the plane with all compartments filled!

Went on trip with a 15" lap-top, hooded windbreaker, dop kit, sweater, socks, you name it. Only drawback thus far is the strap doesn't hold its position very well.
