I expected higher quality for this price. After one use, the tires threads are coming out or completely missing. Also, easily scratched. I own other cheaper Samsonite luggage bags that are better quality and lasted longer

Having the 3 sizes is excellent for the various trips I make. Very satisfied with the quality of the luggage and after a few trips already it’s very durable. The interior has plenty of space and good compartments. On another note, beat it was great and price matched when I found a cheaper price. Very satisfied with the purchase and service I received from best buy. One other note - it comes in 1 box! You’ll think they only sent one, but they are within one another like those Russian figurines.

Ill give a 4 star for now. Look nice, rolls nice, but i havent traveled with it yet. Ill come back and let you know how it fairs at the airport! The true test!

Bought it as a gift for international travelers. Great gift at a great price. Best Buy prices this luggage set better than all the retailers both in-store and on-line.

Our old pull behind luggage was starting to fall apart. My wife said a while back she would like the four wheel type next time. I bought this set for her before she flew to Colorado. She has used them two times already and loves them. So much easier to pull around and this set is very sturdy and looks great

The luggage is very nice and made it through our vacation with standard dings and scratches. We try to get around 7 years out of our luggage and we travel at lease twice a year. My main complaint that I didn’t realize was important is not having a zippered section that divides both sides once open. (This has a strap system on one side and nothing on the other.)our last luggage had that and now we miss it. That being said it rolls smoothly and is definitely tough. However on my next purchase I will definitely look for that feature. It’s just very difficult when things keep pouring out anytime it’s opened….. again good luggage just wish it had that feature like other luggage we had
