Would not buy again. Control panel stopped working after two months. Long wait on phone to get Samsung to respond. Best Buy will not do anything unless you bought their warranty. Took a long time for Samsung to get a repair man to service. I would go with GE next time

We bought this microwave back in March of '22 and have loved it for the last 2-1/2 years, until this last weekend. We were trying to heat up some left overs, when it just wouldn't heat anything up! We had to look up the warranty coverage (1 yr) and when we purchased it, as we still consider it NEW!

We bought this to use as a hood over our range. We still don't know how to program the keys - it's not intuitive. We have another microwave on the counter that we use. We hate that the manual is online.

Stopped heating.

Bought it January 2022. Now in September 2023 it stopped heating. After a long wait for appointment from geek squad there are trying to get it working.

The most USER UNFRIENDLY MICROWAVE I HAVE EVER USED. FOR EXAMPLE TO REHEAT YOU PRESS THE REHEAT BUTTON THEN INSIDE-THE MICROWAVE THE COOKING GUIDE TELKS WHAT BUTTON TO PRESS THEN YOU HAVE TO PRESS OK. THEN YOU NEED TO PRESS START THATS JUST ONE EXAMPLE. TO CHANGE THE TIME IS A CHIRE IN ITSELF INCLUDING CHANGING THE POWER. SETTING. YOU NEED TO HAVE A MANUAL NEARBY TO TO DO IT

3 days past the 1 year mark, I got an error code C-F2 (communication error) and sadly Samsung was quick to dismiss me letting me know the 1 year warranty had expired. When it works it's great, however, be sure to get an extended warranty.
