2 Years. Burning smell..

Loved at first. Now two yrears in, there is a burning electrical smell when cooking . Samsung is not standing behind it. I own all Samsung stuff - I'm shocked and disappointed. Guess I'll be switching to some other brand. Worst part is, contracted technician pointed out the problem. But when Samsung emailed regarding the claim they said no problem found.

Don't buy this microwave

Stopped working after 3 years. Samsung won't even speak to me regarding warranty saying I need to provide a "proof of delivery" but I don't have one, only an email from best buy saying it will be delivered the next day. Awful support.

Microwave

After purchasing this beautiful microwave for my new kitchen. I so regret it one day the microwave when on al by itself and it wouldn't shut off to be point it was smoking and melted the plastic food cover and the glass broke.Service was terrible and it started working again so it was never replaced.Last night I got home and the microwave fan went on again by itself on 4.Had to disconnected and is not working. I fear for it to catch on fire and burn my hose.

Kind of disappointed

Install instructions had several errors and inconsistency that made it more confusing than it needed to be. Buttons are iffy and don't always register you pressed them. Takes several button presses to get to the timer function. Sides of the unit are not stainless steel and are just black.
