The quality of the product overall is good. Bought it on a very good deal! Works wonderfully well. The ventilation power is among the best in class. Although the alexa/google integration isn’t of much use except for turning on/off the hood and lights.

Finally a microwave that not only looks beautiful but makes total sense to make it not high since I never understood why they were so tall in the first place, all that space for nothing since dishes with food are just a couple of inches tall. It’s the “best buy” of the microwaves, looks beautiful and works flawlessly.

Nukes food, love the smart features. I like how it tells me it's done, but it's not like I went that far away. Matches my other appliances. I got it on an open box deal and save quite a bit. The light underneath is towards the front and bright and white, not a soft yellow which I don't like. That was actually one of the main reasons why I bought this one.

We have guest over the house and they love how it looks. The only concern I have is when you close the door sometimes the light is still on. It doesn’t happen all the time. Just once or twice.

I mean, best microwave ever! The look is amazing! It obviously led me to redo the tile, paint the kitchen, change the ceiling fan, fix the hole in the roof from where o had to re-wire the ceiling fan, and patch the walls because I had to re-wire the switches.. so worth it!! Alexa can turn the hood and light on and off.

I was sooooooo worried that it was going to be too small for everyday usage and no stores had any in stock to see before i bought. I panicked for no reason, this microwave is PERFECT!! Heats well, very quiet, the lights are clean looking and BRIGHT!!! I dont have a HUGE house so visually this microwave is a BEAUTIFUL addition as well!

It was easy to install. The instructions were precise, with pictures for different scenarios. It feels good to save more counter space for more cooking/serving areas.

Installation was flawed. I should have done it off measurements as oppsed to the wall template. Also it would be great if the keypad lit up. Lastly the led lighting is so common now it would have been so much better if you could adjust the color temperature to match adjacent led lights in the kitchen.

After 7 months after normal using, it is broken, with error code c-d0. now only the inner light works. Have to spend days to contact with customer service.

We have owned this microwave for about 3 1/2 years. We have never loved it. The replacement filters are extremely expensive and one of them disintegrated the first time we removed it from the microwave to clean it. (The wire came entirely loose from the frame.) Now, it sparks when we turn it on, so we are going to replace it. We have other microwave ovens from different manufacturers that are much easier to use and more reliable.
