Love it! I had to replace an older model. My Home Warranty with AHS would not cover the exact product and Brand. I went to Best Buy and got the same Brand, upgrades to Convection, self cleaning and other upgrades. Such a great a deal.

Its doing what it supposed to. Not as nice as some of its counterparts, but a mini was needed above the stove and this is what worked.

In a small studio, this microwave oven is the perfect answer to needing an oven that's more than a toaster-oven as well as a large, powerful microwave. Mounted above the stove, it is handy, easy to see into and use and the light and extractor fan are excellent.

We already had this unit in our RV and now have it in our house as well. We love the convection aspect. It cooks without having to heat up the whole house

This microwave updated the looks of my kitchen. It matched perfectly over my Electrolux range. We have enjoyed cooking chicken nuggets on the slim fry setting and the microwave works very well. Had it professionally installed so not sure if you would want to do it yourself.

When I was looking for a microwave I also needed a convection oven. I don't need to turn on the huge gas oven just to heat, for example, a small pot pie. This Samsung is a wonderful piece of equipment and solves many problems. Could not be happier.

Love the multiple uses of this product. I can warm up leftovers or bake a full meal. Also have baked cookies and dessert in the oven as well and they come out great. Looking forward to trying out the air fryer.

The Samsung convection microwave matches our Samsung convection double oven, both look great. We have only had this microwave for a month so have not tried all the cooking options. The Quick Guide is essential for for microwaving 100+ items with a few button presses.

It works well, does take longer to cook than the GE I replaced, does not seem to have the power but the wattage rating is the same. Maybe it is because of all the convection, etc... features. User interface is not the easiest to get to know as you only have one line of text at a time, there is a lot of guessing and scrolling through menus. There is an endless list of cooking option settings and it I want to do something other than standard time cooking, I have to refer the the manual or quick card to be able to navigate to correct setting. I have not used a lot of the extra bells and whistles though so it really has not been an issue but if the interface was a bit more intuitive I probably would use more of the features. The salesman at the store was great but really wish that the appliances would be plugged in so you could play before you buy. So, overall it works good, it looks nice, and mounts easily. I got it at a very good open box price so I am very pleased that I was in the right place at the right time.

Needed to replace current over the range microwave. Purchased this brand and we like it. Just need to take time to learn all the features it has.

I just bought a house so I've been looking for a convection microwave and this is SUCH a great value for the money! It has all the bells and whistles and works like a charm!!! You need to get this one!

Few concerns about the Microwave. The light that shines down towards the range gets and is VERY HOT! If you touch it it will burn you. it makes the surface of the stove warm to the touch, and the inside of the microwave itself warm. Thinking of finding a LED fix. The unit itself is very large, but all the newer microwaves seem to be getting larger.

I have used the oven several times and it is so convenient small enough to cook fast and big enough to hold anything I’ve put in it. I love the combination of microwave and oven. Saves so much counter space as i have both over the range.

We have yet to explore all the functions of this microwave, but so far, we're pleased. Easy to use, easy to clean. It feel a bit large so I wish it was just an inch or so less tall as it is an over-the-range model. But it heats evenly and well so no complaints.

GREAT second oven! Powerful microwave and very good convection oven. Perfect to bake a casserole or pizza...easy to clean ceramic inside. I highly recommend this oven!!

We love our new dishwasher. Its extremely quiet and the door pops open when its done to finish air drying. We havent had any problems with the dishes not drying or not cleaning. Would highly recommend having it professionally installed

This microwave has many nice features. So far we've tried the the Slim Fry option with home fries and it worked great. The fries came out browned and were very tastee.

We haven't used all the features yet, but, are pretty happy with it so far. I tried the slim fry and cooked my fries too long, but, it still did a great job. The bacon feature worked pretty well. We don't have any complaints about the normal microwave functions. It looks really cool and sleek (which we like) above our stove. The vent fan works better than our last one with more settings and the light is nice a bright with 2 settings. Make sure you keep the paperwork on how to cook everything, because it is pretty complicated at first. But we figured it out and just keep it in a drawer, so we have easy access.

We have been using this oven/microwave for more than a year and it has not failed. We bake and warm food every day and made us feel very content to have it in our kitchen. We are very satisfied with it.

This was a replacement for our other microwave that gave up the ghost!! Our family really likes this microwave as well as the convection option. Looks amazing under the cabinets above our stove
