It arrived and i unboxed it, Then mounted it. If the packaging hadn’t been destroyed by my kids I would have returned it. I may just throw it out and go buy a different one. By a different company. I Love BestBuy and I have the subscription Care thing. I am disappointed that BestBuy sells prodicts this cheap. Stay away from this microwave no matter what. Seriously. No matter what. It is complete junk.

Regrettably the oven door is crooked and does not lineup with the frame correctly. The gap is only about 1/8” but it is noticeable. We expected better from Samsung.

Fit in the slot perfect and the wall design for the screws on the wall and the cabinet were precise. Love it. Sleek, clean, big interior size and cooks all my meal great.

I found this one on here, which was my first choice. It came sooner than expected, with no damage, which I was concerned about. It is a beautiful appliance and I am very happy with it!

Glad we went with the Microwave. Stylish and clean looking. The Black Stainless goes very well with the kitchen.

The fan is a little bit funny as there are 2 buttons, one for fan speed and one for on/off, which took me a minute to figure out and remember as it is different than our old microwave.
