It is a great Microwave, looks very nice with the stove and the mis important aspect... it is very easy to used.

It was a nice microwave that was not used much. Recently, the door broke ~2 years into ownership. The latch works by a plastic sliding "latch assembly" attaching to the door frame by a small plastic tab molded into the inside of the microwave door frame. That small plastic tab in the door frame broke on my microwave and a replacement door assembly costs as much as a new microwave. Samsung refuses to offer any sort of warranty replacement...save your money and shop for something more well built.

Easy to install and convenient to use. Its design is very simple and nice.

This ithem works great, the heat is perfect for big plates and defrost.

So I’m just a young adult fixing up my kitchen at my trailer and with the huge discount that I was able to get from best buy made my project and my wallets really happy. I honestly really like the product i recieved and the quality of the refurbishment that best buy has done.

Great microwave. Great price, President's Day sale. Would be nice if the light over the stove could be set to turn on at a certain time of day. If yiu have no outlet for the fan, be sure to rotate the blower before installing.

I was disappointed because at this price I expected it to have express one touch buttons, but no you have to manually type in 1:00 if that’s all you want. Other than that it’s easy to install and use.

Samsung microwave highly compliments the new refrigerator. Large with Beautiful design two toned. Sturdy handle with lights and fan. Also white interior easy to clean. Looking forward to upgrading the cooktop.

We couldn’t find this microwave (or several other black SS models anywhere in local stores. I found this one on here, which was my first choice. It came sooner than expected, with no damage, which I was concerned about. It is a beautiful appliance and I am very happy with it!

Microwave is a perfect match for the existing Samsung stove. I got a great deal due to my Total Tech membership too. It's easy to use and a powerful quick way to cook or reheat food.

Perfect smaller microwave. We didn’t have a ton of space but this fit perfectly in the space allotted. Wish the light was a bit brighter. Other than that, it’s a nice looking piece with plenty of features.

Have yet to use this but it was just installed and looks so great in my mom's updated kitchen with the matching other appliances from this line.

Very nice and beautiful microwave with good power. I wouldn’t change anything about it except to make it a little more quieter.
