It’s nice and works well. Was reasonably priced. A little too many options but you get use to it.

First time i had a microwave above my stove and thought it would be to high but it fits in perfectly. The match to the Samsung range and refrigerator is perfect also. It makes great popcorn which is my favorite snack. The one thing I miss is the instant numbers where you press 1 and get 1 minute or 2 and get 2 minutes. A small inconvenience. The only problem I had was put the glass plate back into the groove. I still haven't figured that out. But it works without it being stuck in.

This was an open box item missing the templates but the unit fit the existing hardware so only needed to relocate the top mounting holes. Works and looks great!

Great purchase. Nice machine for the price. Heavier duty than other models in price range. Dudal fan and light settings are nice. Glad I made this purchase.

I love this microwave primarily because it matches my Samsung set. The buttons are sometimes hard to push, and I have to push it a couple times, and the light and fan buttons are not so obvious. But I am happy with the purchase. (Purchased the entire Samsung black stainless steel kitchen set...over range stove, smart slide in stove, and waterfall dishwasher...and azure washer and dryer).

Excellent microwave oven. Easy to clean. Lots of interior space & comes with a rack for two tier cooking. Very satisfied and the price was right too!

Samsung makes quality microwave for great price. This helps because it was just as expensive to repair the old one.

Love the microwave heats up my dinner plate and pizza perfectly and it has a middle grill insert so you can do 2 plates at once. Only thing that sucked is when i recieved my microwave through UPS shipping there was a small ding on upper right corner w/c is annoying if you look at it closely barely noticeable but still there. Overall I love it!! The Exhaust fan is strong, Wish they could've done better on the touch button panel its not real responsive.

I got a whole appliance package that included this microwave and I do like the microwave. It's not my favorite microwave ever but it works well and has most of the features I like. I wish that the 30 second feature did auto start but it's not a big deal to just hit the start button afterwards. It cooks well and evenly and I've had no issues. It's fairly basic but does its job and looks nice!

I'm still learning the different controls but so far works well. Looks good, fits with the rest of the appliances.

I purchased a new microwave, the first appliance I have had to buy in several years. I read the reviews, shopped around, and Best Buy had the one I chose at a good price.

The one that was installed originally shorted out after a few days - went to Samsung for RMA and it was a complete nightmare dealing with them - it took over two months to get it replaced! Best Buy was very good with their help and final install of the replacement unit. The microwave (the working one!) is ok - but, not worth the hassle of dealing with Samsung if something goes wrong.

I was very skeptical about this item because of the Samsung brand, but I was wrong. It's awesome and looks great!!!

Great microwave so far. I originally had a whirlpool. It was constantly needing repair. I've had no issues with this microwave. It's very spacious. Easy to use.

My husband installed it by himself and didn't have any difficulty. We like it, but still getting use to the different options.

I will purchase again just not online I will go into the store. After 2 BB changes to the install the 3rd time the installer had his hand on the oven but it was at the wrong store AND I had purchased online. They would not let him take the oven another reschedule. After it was installed the installer found a dent. 4th reschedule. Each time you call the # and finally get someone you have to start the story from the beginning each call over 25 min. Online is like dealing with a different company. Moral of the story if you are going to have something installed go to the store!

Cooks evenly and quick as it should. The buttons can be a little hard to push. Nice size...haven't cooked on both the glass and rack yet.

How much can you say about a microwave, but with this one I can say I am very pleased. I would recommend. Many options others do not have. Looks amazing in my kitchen.
