    Had a Sharp Microwave for 18 years. I loved it. Looked to replace it with another Sharp but the wait was too long for the special order. Samsung was available immediately. But even though it has some nifty features and is the same watt power, it doesn't cook as fast and as evenly.

    Great microwave. Blends well with all my other stainless steel appliances. One negative is the sensor cooking. Be careful because the sensor will not stop sometimes and will overcook the food. I no longer use the sensor cooking. Everything else works great.

    As I wrote in my first review the Microwave is great, however the Geek Squad screwed through the wiring that leads to my electrical outlet of my oven and now I do not have an oven to use. I told the installers something went wrong during the install when my oven stopped working the moment they turned on the microwave but they said there was no way. Going on 7 days with out my oven, finally got through to Geek Squad today to fix my problem and it looks like my oven will not be operational for quite a few weeks. They have to file a property damage claim before any thing can happen - what a nightmare!!

    It doesn't heat up like my Sears Kenmore did. This is a space saver and I love the easy clean filter drawer - awesome. But it definitely takes longer to heat up foods than others that I have had previously. Other than that it has been pretty good & looks great. OH, it was not easy to put up - took 2 guys and several hours!

    While this microwave is very beautiful and easy to operate, it does have a few quirks. My very old microwave had better features like the fan came on automatically before the microwave overheated. This microwave simply shuts off if you are cooking and it gets overheated.
