It was installed above the oven , no easy feat, and it would not heat. We had purchased extended warranty only to find out no one worked on microwaves. Dealing with Samsung was impossible, after 20 phone calls that they just didn't know what to do since there was not a Samsung person to fix in our area. We removed microwave and returned to Best Buy because they will only allow returns of two weeks from delivery.
