The microwave came out of the box with a dent on the bottom and one side caved in. Fortunately it works and neither is too visible. Inside it has weird cardboard-like panels that look like they will get dirty and wear out. The touchpad is hard to work and oddly laid out. Most basic operation is two-step, not one. Installation guide misaligns top bolts.

Had to get the first one replaced. They took care of it and the second one works great.

Light underneath is brighter than than the last Maytag that broke and they couldn’t fix. Cooks better than the Maytag we bought.

For someone who is not very tecky it is talking a while to learn all of the ins and outs.

Bought to match Samsung stove. Has worked great. I like the melting butter feature when you need it for a recipe.

it was very easy to install, easy instructions had it running in an hour. people at the store were very helpful in picking this item out

The Microwave fits perfectly in its space. It is extremely energy efficient and seems to cook faster.

I never knew samsung made micro-waves but, I am very happy with my new micro wave. Hope it last's longer than my three year old LG.

Our Samsung is only two years old. The turntable works only occasionally. I've tried oiling it, to no avail. More serious is the grease filter under the unit, which flies out with no warning. Today it landed on a red-hot burner, and would surely have melted, maybe causing a fire, if I hadn't whisked it away in seconds. From my research in the internet, it appears that replacing the filter (which looks to be in perfect condition) does no good, as the problem is with the spring latch assembly deep in the bottom of the microwave. I am probably going to need to replace the unit, even though it is only two years old! The new one won't be a Samsung.

It does everything I expect from a microwave and more. There are a lot of things I have yet to play with and discover. It serves ya purpose well!

This microwave is great. Big interior, could probably cook a turkey! The only issue (that we haven't figured out yet) is how to mke the timer louder.

We wish the touch pad was easier to see. It's black and hard to see/read. Otherwise, great microwave :-)

No problem so far and every thing performed as intended. The microwave oven has all the necessary control functions a microwave should have.

Purchased this microwave because my old one gave out. This item has so many options that my older one did not have. Black Stainless was definitely a plus.

I love it! I can heat up two casseroles at the same time. It's easy to use for my 90 year old mother

So far so good. I like my product I purchased. I have no issue with it.

I haven't really used the microwave to its full potential and there are so many options to use. I do like to be to heat two things up at once.

Great unit while it works but the first one die prematurely

I gave it 4 stars not 5 because I have to push start after pushing the 30 second heat up button.
