Poor venting

It does not draw all of the steam which ends up fogging up the front of the microwave. I had them come back out to make sure it was installed correctly and the installer said this was a common complaint. Reading reviews on line, I see he is right.

It has neither! It is also necessary to press the keys with a good deal of force. Also very dissatisfied with Best Buy's delivery. Best Buy's electronics delivery is good, but not for appliances.
